According to the news of Cointelegraph,the Central Bank of Argentina (BCA) announced on October 31st：Citizens are prohibited from using a credit card to purchase Bitcoin (BTC) or other cryptocurrency.However, it is not clear whether this rule applies only to credit cards，debit cards and prepaid cards are not included.The BCA said that this measure is crucial to protecting the country's foreign exchange reserves.
