Marathon's planned facility in Texas will house 73,000 Bitcoin miners

Marathon Digital announced plans to cooperate with Compute North to establish a new Bitcoin mining facility. The company promised that the new plant would house 73,000 ASIC miners in Texas and be about 70% carbon neutral. Marathon estimates that its total hash rate will grow to 10.37 EH/s, with an implementation cost of $0.0453 per kWh. The news made MARA's stock rise by nearly 5%.
