RIGOL DS1102E 100MHz dual-channel digital oscilloscope for ASIC miner hashboard & PSU repair
DS1102E is a 100MHz dual-channel digital oscilloscope, including 2 channels and 1 million points of memory, providing 20 waveform parameters, and automatic tracking measurement through cursors, including 10 voltage parameters and 10 time parameters. With 1 GSa/s maximum real-time sampling rate, 25 GSa/s maximum equivalent time sampling rate, 100MHz maximum bandwidth and 1Mpts long memory depth. It can record up to 1000 frames of waveforms. Through the UltraScope software, users can capture and analyze waveforms or save transient waveforms according to actual conditions to obtain more accurate data. Images can be stored in external data sources and printed out. It is a dedicated digital filter and waveform recorder.
In ASIC miner maintenance, the DS1102E oscilloscope is an important measurement tool for detecting hash board clock signals, analyzing power supply ripple, verifying PWM drive waveforms, determining crystal oscillator startup status, and troubleshooting communication signal faults in Antminer, Whatsminer, and Avalon series miners.

1. 5.6-inch 64k TFT LCD can measure 20 kinds of wave parameters, and automatically track the measurement through 3 types of cursor modes: manual, tracking and automatic.
2. Multiple trigger modes: edge trigger, pulse width trigger, video trigger, slope trigger, alternate trigger.
3. With a unique waveform recording and playback function, the waveform of the output pass / fail output can be easily recorded.
4. The Pass / Fail function monitors signal changes by comparing whether the input signal is within a predefined mask. The test results can not only be displayed on the screen or output through the pass / fail port but also can be alarmed according to the sound of the power-on system.
5. The PC application software UltraScope can capture and measure waves; perform local or remote operations; save waveforms in ".bmp" format; save files in ".txt" or ".xls" format.
6. In key lock mode, all keys are locked except F1 to F5 and MENU ON/OFF. To lock the keyboard, use the menu; to unlock, the correct password must be entered. Also, the new code can be reset if necessary.
7. Math operations available to multiple waves, fine delayed scan function, built-in FFT function.
8. Standard configuration interface: USB Device, USB Host, RS-232 and support U disk storage and PictBridge print standards.

1. Hash board clock signal testing: Measuring the oscillator/clock waveform on the hash board of Antminer S21/S19 series miners to determine if the ASIC chip clock is normal and to locate no hash rate/low hash rate faults.
2. Power supply ripple measurement: Testing the output voltage ripple of the miner's power supply to assess capacitor aging, output stability, and power quality.
3. PWM drive waveform detection: Verifying the MOSFET gate drive signal on the hash board/power supply to diagnose the root cause of overheating and chip burnout.
4. Crystal oscillator startup judgment: Checking the oscillator waveform amplitude and frequency to confirm controller board startup failure.
5. Communication signal analysis: Captures UART/SPI/I2C signals between the control board and the hash board to troubleshoot board faults.
6. Pass/aail mask test: Predefined pass/fail waveform masks are used for batch hash board screening to quickly identify abnormal boards in the mining farm maintenance workshop.
