Thermal grease MT - 3208

MT-3208 Thermal grease 200g is a uniform paste-like substance prepared from composite thermally conductive solid fillers, high-temperature synthetic oil, stabilizers, and modified additives. The colors are white and gray. It is used between the heating sheet and the heat sink. Because it can well wet the heat sink and the surface of the device and reduce the contact thermal resistance, the thermal resistance of the heat conduction is very small, which is suitable for the heat dissipation of high-power devices.Applicable to hash board ASIC chips, CPU processors, graphics cards, computer radiators, LED lighting, and precision instruments.

Note: It is recommended to use it with the corresponding model of hash board thermal grease mold.

How to use:

1) Clean the corrosion, dust, oil, and residual silicone grease on the ASIC chip surface with Mechanic 500 S880 850 lead free circuit board cleaner and HM-11 nano high density cleaning sponge;

2) Place the integrated heat sink into the silicone grease mold, and then use a scraper to apply the thermal grease to the silicone grease mold evenly;

3) After applying, take out the integrated heat sink, install it on the hash board, and fix it with screws.
