RT-90-A conformal coatings are quick-drying insulating paint-impregnated resin transparent flowing type, which can effectively protect the hash boards, control boards, and power supplies from corrosion, dust, moisture, and smoke and effectively extend the service life of the equipment. This protective paint can be applied to all electronic components except ASIC chips to protect them from chemicals, moisture, and other contaminants, thus improving the reliability of the circuit board, increasing its safety factor, and ensuring its service life.

Product features:

1. Silicone rubber is green and safe: Compared with commonly used polyurethane, acrylic, and other resin materials, it does not contain volatile substances such as acetone and xylene and is more environmentally friendly and safer;

Silicone rubber has a strong three-proof effect: Compared with traditional three-proof paint and waterproof oil, silicone rubber three-proof can form a protective film on PCB boards and components after curing, but ordinary three-proof paint and waterproof oil cannot. 3. Form a protective layer: After imitation curing, it forms a soft and rubbery shape with excellent impact resistance, cold resistance, heat resistance, moisture resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and salt spray resistance.

Instructions:

1. Before use, dust, water (moisture), and oil stains on the surface of the object to be painted must be removed and kept dry;

2. Shake well before and during use;

3. It is prohibited to operate with electricity or near fire sources;

4. The optimal operating temperature is 30°C, and the nozzle should be sprayed evenly at a distance of 15-30cm from the target to keep the coating thin and even;

5. The interval between two sprayings should be 30 minutes so that the second time of painting is more convenient and achieves the best adhesion effect;

6. After spraying, turn the tank upside down and press the spray button until only gas is sprayed out to clean the spray valve;

Precautions:

During use, seal and store. Take as much as you need each time, and seal the package tightly in time. After the three-proof adhesive is stored for a long time, the outer packaging seal will have a little skin. You can remove it without affecting normal use. A small amount of glue curing during storage does not affect its use. The thicker the glue, the longer the curing time. It usually takes 24 hours to cure fully.
