Product description:

The BL8033CB6TR is a fully integrated high-efficiency 3A synchronous rectification buck converter on the Iceriver KS0 control board, silk-screen marked GN**, which operates efficiently over a wide output current load range. It provides two operating modes: PWM control and PFM mode switch control, allowing it to achieve high efficiency within a wider load range. It comes in a 6-pin SOT23 ROHS compliant package.

Supply voltage VIN: -0.3V to 17V

Switch node voltage VSW: -0.3V to (VIN+0.5V)

Boost voltage VBST: VSW-0.3V to VSW+5V

Enable voltage VEN: -0.3V to 17V

All other pins: -0.3V to 6V

Operating temperature range: -40℃ to 85℃

Storage temperature range: -65℃ to 150℃

Lead temperature (Soldering, 10s): 300℃
