YJ-D1956 spiral silicone rubber heating belt for original Antminer Hydro miner

Silicone rubber spiral / twisted heating belt is a heating element that converts electrical energy into thermal energy. It uses imported high-temperature silicone rubber insulation cloth as the insulation layer and has a built-in heating resistance wire.

When we check the miner kernel log and find that the coolant temperature in the water pipe of the original Antminer Hydro miner is lower than 20℃, the miner will not be able to operate normally. The heating belt can accurately control the water temperature of the water cooling pipe to above 20℃, so the Antminer Hydro miner can reach the original optimal operating state.

YJ-D1956 silicone rubber heater has the characteristics of uniform heating, high thermal efficiency, good flexibility, corrosion resistance, and aging resistance. It uses a spiral pre-forming process to fit closely with the Antminer Hydro miner pipe, achieving better water temperature uniformity. 

Note: During the heating process, do not use it alternately and superimpose it, and do not use it in flammable and explosive places. If the outer skin is damaged, please stop using it immediately. Pay attention to waterproof protection for the wiring port, and be careful not to damage the outer skin.

The heating tape should be evenly wound around the pipe without crossing or overlapping. The thermostat's temperature probe should be placed close between the heating belt and the water cooling pipe.

Instructions for setting the thermostat:

1. After the heating belt is installed, short press the "S" key, and then press the up and down keys to select the temperature to be heated;

2. After setting the temperature, set the high/low-temperature alarm function. The temperature setting range is between 20℃ and 40℃. Press the up and down keys to select the appropriate temperature;

3. If you need to adjust the speed of heating, long press the "S" key for 5 seconds, press the up or down key, select the "d" function, and then short press the "S" key, and use the up and down keys to select the required temperature difference;

4. After the function is set, turn on the radiator. When the temperature on the thermostat display reaches the set temperature, you can turn off the thermostat power;

5. Power on the miner. After the miner starts normally, you can remove the heating belt, and place it dry.

Attention: During the function setting process, you need to short-press the S key to save the data after setting any parameters. At the same time, do not select other functions except the above functions! If you select an unnecessary function, it is recommended to press the up and down keys for 3 seconds at the same time, and the thermostat will automatically clear the previous settings. At the same time, ensure that the temperature of the coolant in the water cooling pipe does not exceed 80°C, otherwise the pipe will be burned.
