The Whatsminer M63S Hydro water cooled heatsink is specifically designed for the Whatsminer M63S miner. It replicates the original factory flow channel structure, fully covering the ASIC chip array, and utilizes high-density microchannels to quickly dissipate heat from the chip under sustained high loads. It is compatible with closed-loop liquid cooling units, supporting stable 24/7 full-hashrate operation and significantly reducing chip overheating, frequency throttling, and hardware aging failures.
When the original water-cooled heatsink experiences corrosion leading to coolant leakage, insufficient heat dissipation, or deformation, this water-cooled heatsink can be directly used to replace it, restoring the miner's rated heat dissipation performance and ensuring stable operation of the hash board at full hashrate. It is the preferred original water-cooling core component for large-scale standardized mining farms of the M63S model.
