The TLV758P is a 1.8V or 0.8V adjustable 500-mA low-dropout (LDO) regulator, housed in a small 6-pin 2*2mm WSON package, consumes very low quiescent current, and provides fast line and load transient performance. In addition, the TLV758P features an ultra-low dropout voltage of 130mV at 500mA, helping improve system power efficiency.
The TLV758P supports an input voltage range of 1.5V to 6.0V and an externally adjustable output range of 0.55V to 5.5V, optimized for various applications. The low output voltage enables this LDO to modern power microcontrollers with lower core voltages.
The device features integrated thermal shutdown, current limit, and under-voltage lockout (UVLO) functions.
The TLV75801PDRVT 1MHH marking chip is compatible with Antminer S21pro, S21 Hydro, S21+, Avalon 1166pro, 1246, and other hash boards.
