The RS3236-1.8YF3 is a low-power, low-dropout CMOS LDO that operates from an input voltage of 1.7V to 7.5V and can provide up to 500mA output current. Features include 10nA logic-controlled shutdown mode, foldback current limit, and thermal shutdown protection. It is packaged in SOT23-3 and operates over an ambient temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
