The BM1746AA chip tinning tool is designed for ASIC chip-level repair and soldering of Antminer Z15 and Z15PRO hash boards. It provides a one-stop solution for soldering problems such as cold solder joints, missing solder balls, and short circuits. High-precision laser drilling and a strong magnetic positioning base enable faster manual batch processing, significantly reducing solder bridging, misalignment, and mesh collapse rates. It's an essential tool for mining farm repair shops and individual miners maintaining Z15 series miners.
1. Made of 0.12mm thick 304 stainless steel sheets, with smooth, burr-free hole walls, ensuring even solder paste filling and preventing issues like uneven solder balls, missing solder balls, and short circuits.
2. The stencil undergoes a quenching and hardening process, allowing it to withstand prolonged exposure to 380℃ hot air without stretching, denting, or deformation.
3. The aluminum alloy magnetic base incorporates a powerful permanent magnet, automatically centering the chip and eliminating the need for tweezers. The base is made of high temperature resistant heat insulating material, ensuring it won't damage the chip's bottom.

1. Cleaning: Use a soldering iron and desoldering wick to smooth out any residual solder on the chip pads of the hash board. Wipe clean with circuit board cleaner and allow it to dry to remove oil and dust.
2. Positioning: Place the chip flat in the magnetic base slot. Lay the stencil flat to adhere and secure it, ensuring the mesh openings completely align with the pads. Pay attention to the chip's orientation.
3. Soldering: Spread solder paste evenly across the stencil surface. Use a scraper at a steady speed to fill all mesh openings and smooth out any excess solder paste.
4. Heating: Remove the chip and use a hot air gun at approximately 200°C with low fan speed to heat the stencil, melting the solder paste into round solder balls.
5. Demolding: Turn off the heat and let it stand for 3-5 seconds. Gently remove the stencil. The solder balls will be formed. After cooling, they are ready for soldering.
