Antminer S19 pro+ Hydro gets power version failed

During the normal operation of the Antminer S19 pro+ hydro miner, the PSU version detection failure occurs in the log. How should we troubleshoot and restore it to operation?

I. Fault phenomenon: The PSU version was obtained twice and failed, causing the hash board to shut down.

II. Solution to power failure

1. We can try to solve the problem of the abnormal power supply of S19 Pro+ Hydro by refreshing the control board firmware. Click on the video to view the detailed process. The operation steps are as follows:

• Format the TF card to FAT32 and copy the S19 firmware file to it. Insert the TF card into the S19 Pro+ Hydro control board and power on. When the red light goes out and the green light stays on, it is successful.

• Repeat the previous steps to flash the S19 Pro+ Hydro firmware. The green light on the control board turns off, and the red light stays on, indicating success.

Tip: When refreshing the control board firmware for the Antminer Hydro min, be sure to follow the correct order. We need to flash the S19 firmware first, and then flash the corresponding firmware for our Hydro miner model.

• The control board is powered on and connected to the Internet, and the computer software starts scanning. Then the page shows that the type is Antminer S19 Pro+ Hydro, which means success. If you have any questions, you can contact our technical team via WhatsApp.

2. If the power failure is not repaired, continue to check whether the damage to the power supply voltage regulator line causes the PSU output voltage failure. If so, replace the new 4-pin voltage regulator line for the Antminer.

3. If the fault problem is still not solved after replacing the voltage regulator line, power on the miner again and use a multimeter to check whether the power supply output voltage is standard, according to the figure below. 4. If the power failure cannot be fixed using the above methods, a new Antminer APW11 PSU should be replaced.
