When we check the running information of the Antminer on the computer, we find that the temperature of the MOS tube and chip continues to rise, and finally, the hash rate cannot be displayed!

What causes the high-temperature fault problem?
1. If the thermal grease on the ASIC chip dries up, it will cause a high-temperature fault. At this time, we need to clean the thermal paste on the chip and apply new one.

2. Check whether the water cooling plate is blocked. Blockage may prevent heat from dissipating. In this case, we need to replace and install a new water cooling board.

3. The water distributor will also be blocked, resulting in a smaller water flow, which cannot achieve the heat dissipation effect and thus causes a high-temperature fault. At this time, the water pipe needs to be replaced.

4. When we turn on the miner, if the temperature is between 80-90 degrees or the chip temperature is also between 80-90 degrees, it means that the hash board itself is faulty. At this time, we need to use a test fixture to detect the hash board and determine the fault, and then take measures to repair it.
