Notes for regular inspection of AntSpace HK3 V2 container water tank

When we are doing a regular inspection of the water tank of the AntSpace HK3 V2 container, the following points need to be paid attention to:

1. Pipeline leakage maintenance

The pipe network should be checked for leak-proof liquid when the equipment has been running for half a year. If any leakage or leakage is found, it should be shut down immediately for maintenance. For maintenance, stop the operation of the load device at the user end first, and then stop the unit's operation for repair. At the same time, after the leak detection is completed, pay attention to replenishing the system.

2. System sewage

After the system and the water tank have been running for two years, there may be some sundries in the system pipeline, and the system should be drained in time.

Sewage steps:

1) Find the positions of No.1, No.2, No.3, and No.9 ball valves (as shown in the figure below);

2) Connect the drain hose to the No.2 ball valve and No.3 ball valve, and use the hose clamp to fasten it; lead the hose to the outside of the unit, open the No.1-3 ball valve and No.9 ball valve, and the system can be sewage.

3. Check the liquid level of the water tank

The system monitors the liquid level of two water tanks (in the container and the cooling tower). When the liquid level in the water tank is lower than the required value, the system's touch screen will give an audible and visual alarm to indicate that the liquid level in the water tank is low. The fault should be checked and replenished liquid in time, but even if the water tank level is not alarmed, it should be checked regularly: the water tank level in the container must be checked once a week after the stable operation. If the water tank does not reach 2/3, it must be replenished in time. The liquid level of the cooling tower water tank must be checked once a day, and no water stop is allowed (unless the dry cooling mode is used in winter, at which time the water inside the cooling tower needs to be drained).
