Product description

Maxtor MTP-8301A is a thermal grease with a thermal conductivity of up to 11.2W/m·k. It has strong thermal conductivity and can significantly reduce the chip's temperature to ensure the server's stable operation and extend its service life. MTP-8301A thermal grease is mainly used to fill the gap between the CPU, GPU, ASIC chip, and radiator to conduct the heat emitted by the chip, keep the chip temperature at a stable working level, and avoid damage to the chip due to poor heat dissipation, thereby extending the life of its servers.

Note: It is recommended to use it with the corresponding model of the hash board thermal grease mold.

Usage steps:

1. Clean the corrosion, dust, oil, and residual silicone grease on the ASIC chip surface with Mechanic 500 S880 850 lead free circuit board cleaner and HM-11 nano high density cleaning sponge;

2. Place the integrated heat sink into the silicone grease mold, and then use a scraper to apply the thermal grease to the silicone grease mold evenly;

3. After applying, take out the integrated heat sink, install it on the hash board, and fix it with screws.
