How to replace the C76 control board?

Bitmain Ctrl_C76 control board version, the main control chip is Amlogic A113D, suitable for Antminer S21, S19K Pro, s19j, s19j pro, S19jPro+ miner models.

There are 3 types of fan interfaces on the C76 control board: 4 4-pin fan interfaces suitable for the Antminer S21 and T21; 4 square 4-pin fan interfaces used for S19j, S19j Pro, S19j Pro+, etc.; and S19K Pro fan ports consist of 2 4-pin and 2 square 4-pin interfaces.

The following fault phenomena may be caused by a control board failure: the miner can't find the IP, cannot enter the miner's backend, fails to read the hash board, detects the fan lost, etc.

By replacing the control board, most faults can be solved quickly to reduce unnecessary losses caused by downtime.

Steps to replace the C76 control board

(1) Take off the control board protective case. Disassemble the screws of the front bezel and press the round button on the rear cover to remove it.

(2) Unplug all cables on the control board: hash board data cables, fan cables, control board power cables, and voltage regulating cables.

(3) Push the faulty control board forward to the bottom and remove it.

(4) Before replacing the new control board, check whether it is a good board and install it according to the card slot.

(5) Connect all cables on the control board. After the connection is completed, check whether the connection is firm.

(6) Cover the protective case of the control board and tighten the screws.

(8) After all steps are completed, please check whether the miner has fully returned to normal operation.

After the new C76 control board is replaced, the miner can resume normal operation and extend its operating life.
