I. Circuit Overview

1. Load circuits of each auxiliary power supply

Auxiliary power output port

Load circuit

Primary side 12V

Relay circuit, secondary output LLCMOS driver circuit, main output LLCMOS driver circuit, primary side 12V to 5V voltage regulator circuit, PFCMOS driver circuit

Primary side 5V

From the output LLCMOS driver circuit, ambient temperature detection circuit, PFC current detection circuit, and primary side 5V to 3.3V voltage regulator circuit.

Primary side 3.3V

Primary side 3.3V power supply indicator circuit, PFC DSP circuit, primary and secondary side communication circuit, PFC MOS waveform detection circuit, PFC current detection/overcurrent protection circuit, PFC temperature detection circuit, secondary output overvoltage protection circuit, secondary output overcurrent protection circuit, secondary output voltage loop circuit

Secondary side 12V

Secondary side 12V to 5V voltage regulator circuit, main output LLCMOS driver circuit, main output-output MOS driver circuit

Secondary side 5V

II. Circuit Fault Phenomena

Input series circuit

No voltage is supplied to the PFC, and the entire machine has no power

Abnormal startup time (especially abnormal resistance values of NTC1 and NTC2)

The 3.3V power indicator light on the secondary side is showing an abnormality

Auxiliary power supply - secondary side 5V to 3.3V voltage regulator circuit

The 3.3V voltage on the secondary side of the auxiliary power supply is abnormal

The various circuits powered by the 3.3V supply on the secondary side are malfunctioning

The 3.3V power indicator light on the secondary side is showing an abnormality

Secondary side - EEPROM - IIC circuit
