I. Overall Machine Structure
A single machine consists of a three-phase power supply, a hash board, and a control board. Both the power supply and the hash board are equipped with water-cooling radiators (as shown in the image below).

II. Water Cooling Plate Circuit Description
1. The hash board is powered by a 36V series connection (as shown in the figure below).

2. A hash board consists of SM0 and SM1. The SM0 signals RST, RXD, and CLK (Y1) are transmitted from U1 to U116. U116 receives the signals, and TXD is transmitted from U116 to U1, then to UP3, and finally to the control board.
The SM0 signals RST, RXD, and CLK (Y3) are transmitted from U117 to U232. U232 receives the signals, and TXD is transmitted from U232 to U117, then to UP2, and finally to the control board.

III. Troubleshooting and Repair
Fault phenomenon | Reason | Troubleshooting methods |
Hash board not detected | No 3.3V Cannot read EEPROM | Check if the 3.3V circuit is present Check if UC2 is functioning properly |
Unable to read the temperature sensor | Poor power supply Faulty chip | Check the 3.3V power supply circuit Check if UC1 is functioning correctly |
Chip not read/incomplete | RST signal malfunction CLK signal malfunction RXD signal malfunction TXD signal malfunction LDO power supply malfunction | The interruption point of the RST signal is the location of the fault The interruption point of the CLK signal is the location of the fault The interruption point of the RXD signal is the location of the fault The interruption point of the TXD signal is the location of the fault The interruption point of the LDO signal is the location of the fault |
Report high temperatures | The chip temperature is too high UC1 reports high temperature | Check if the screws and thermal paste are properly applied Check if the water temperature and flow rate meet the specifications |
Low hash rate | Poor power supply A certain chip returned an insufficient number of nonces | Check the power supply output voltage; replace the power supply if the voltage is low Replace the chip that has a low nonce value |
IV. Important Notes
1. Do not lift the radiator inlet/outlet water connectors by hand during disassembly and assembly.

2. When installing the heatsink onto the hash board, every screw must be fully tightened.

3. Precautions for connecting test leads
1) The ground wire of the AC input of the test instrument must not be connected to the ground wire of the AC input of the DC power supply.

2) The test instrument and the negative terminal of the DC power supply must not be connected together.

4. When soldering chips, the entire hash board must be heated evenly.

Summary: Aside from the above precautions, the repair method is basically the same as the repair method for the 1930 model.
