ICE2QR4765 Integrated power management IC with 650V avalanche rugged CoolMOS™, startup cell and QR current mode flyback PWM controller in DIP-8 package. Capable for 16W SMPS design.
ICE2QR4765 is used to replace components with failed Antminer APW8, APW9, and APW12 power supplies.
The ICE2QR4765 is a quasi-resonant flyback PWM power supply control chip with a built-in 650V power MOSFET. In the Antminer APW12 power supply, it serves as the auxiliary power supply controller chip, providing standby power to the internal main control, drive, and protection circuits. When the ICE2QR4765 fails, the power supply lacks auxiliary standby voltage, the entire machine becomes unresponsive upon power-on, indicator lights do not illuminate, the power supply fails to start, it repeatedly hiccups and fails to oscillate, the input fuse blows, the auxiliary power supply voltage becomes too high or fluctuates, the main circuit fails to wake up, the entire mining machine fails to power on, and in severe cases, surrounding auxiliary circuit components are burned out.
