The TPS53647 is a high-current, multiphase step-down controller designed for ASIC miner power supplies. It supports 8-bit BOOT voltage selection, covering an output voltage range of 0.5V to 2.5V with 5mV step resolution, making it ideal for high-current applications requiring precise output voltage settings. Its advanced control features enable fast transient response, minimal output capacitance requirements, and high-efficiency operation. Additionally, the TPS53647 employs innovative phase-interleaving strategies and dynamic phase-shedding technology to enhance efficiency under light-load conditions. The device is housed in a space-saving, thermally efficient 40-pin QFN package and is rated for an operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
