TPH1R403NL Silicon N-channel MOS

The TPH1R403NL N-ch MOS field effect transistor is used for the repair and replacement of the MOSFET chip of the hash board.

TPH1R403NL MOS chip function and fault symptoms:

The TPH1R403NL is an N-channel high-power MOSFET with a 30V withstand voltage, a maximum current of 150A, and ultra-low on-resistance in the milliohm range. It is used in the core power supply circuit of hash boards such as Antminer S19j, S19jpro, and S19xp, responsible for voltage domain switching and high-current regulated output. It works in conjunction with a buck circuit to stably provide the chip core voltage. It effectively solves faults such as hash board partition power supply short circuits, ASIC chip recognition failures, hash rate drops, hash board link loss/offline, and full-load restarts.

TPH1R403NL N-channel power MOSFET features:

1. High-speed switching

2. Small gate charge: QSW = 10.6 nC (typ.)

3. Low drain-source on-resistance: RDS(ON) = 1.7 mΩ (typ.) (VGS = 4.5 V)

4. Low leakage current: IDSS = 10 μA (max) (VDS = 30 V)

5. Enhancement mode: Vth = 1.3 to 2.3 V (VDS = 10 V, ID = 0.5 mA)
