The storage of solder paste should be controlled under an environment of 2-10°C. the service life of the solder paste is six months (unopened). the solder paste should not be placed in the sunlight. the temperature of the solder paste must be raised to the use environment before opening. temperature (25+3℃), heating time is 3-4 hours. It is forbidden to use other heaters to make the temperature rise instantaneously. after returning to temperature, it must be fully stirred, and the stirring time with a mixer is about 1-3 It depends on the type of mixer. when using the unused solder paste from the previous batch, remember to stir it first. If you find it is too dry and inconvenient to stir, you can add a small amount of special thinner for solder paste and then stir it. stir well before use.
