Fill the gap between the heating element and the heat sink to increase their contact area to achieve a higher thermal conductivity.
1. Clean the corrosion, dust, oil, and residual silicone grease on the ASIC chip surface with Mechanic 500 S880 850 lead free circuit board cleaner and HM-11 nano high density cleaning sponge;
2. Place the integrated heat sink into the silicone grease mold, and then use a scraper to apply the thermal grease to the silicone grease mold evenly;
3. After applying, take out the integrated heat sink, install it on the hash board, and fix it with screws.
Please close the top cover after use to prevent dust and other magazines from entering the product, affecting thermal conductivity.
