ZM-308, with a thermal conductivity of 8W/m·K, is a high-performance thermal grease designed for ASIC miner maintenance. Addressing the extreme conditions of 24/7 full-load operation for miners, it efficiently dissipates heat from ASIC chips, stabilizes the miner's operating temperature, and extends its lifespan.

Why choose ZM-308 thermal paste?

1. Low oil separation and low volatility, reducing oil seepage by 30-40%

Utilizing a compound of methylphenyl silicone oil, alumina, and nano-boron nitride, with a three-stage particle size gradient and silane coupling agent formulation, oil separation rate is reduced by 30-40%, effectively protecting pads and components.

2. No carbonization, avoiding air gaps in thermal insulation

Passed 1000 hours of continuous aging testing, showing no drying or cracking, ensuring no air gaps between the ASIC chip and the heatsink.

3. Anti-pumping displacement, resisting continuous vibration from miners

An anti-pumping formula and optimized thixotropic viscosity prevent the paste from easily flowing away under high-temperature vibration, maintaining a complete silicone grease filling layer and eliminating localized hot spots.

4. Low thermal resistance interface, efficient heat dissipation from the chip

Precisely proportioned composite thermally conductive filler achieves extremely low interface thermal resistance (<0.027 ℃-in²/W), creating an efficient heat conduction path for rapid heat dissipation from the chip.

* Uniform and fine paste, suitable for batch application with a stencil or manual dotting, minimizing air bubble formation and ensuring high-quality interface filling.

Instructions for Use:

1. Cleaning: Thoroughly remove old thermal paste, corrosion, dust, and oil from the chip surface and the bottom of the heatsink.

2. Application (ASIC chip area is typically 10~20mm²)

· Recommended "center dotting method": Squeeze a small amount of thermal paste, about the size of a pea, in the center of the chip. After installing the heatsink, the thermal paste will spread evenly on its own.

· Alternatively, use a scraper with a thermal grease mold to apply it evenly, aiming for a thickness similar to A4 paper thickness (~0.1mm).

Precautions:

1. For ASIC miners operating under high load 24/7, it is recommended to replace the thermal grease every 6-12 months. For industrial scale mining farm operations, replacement every six months is recommended.

2. Refrigerated storage (below 20°C) is recommended.

3. After opening, store in a cool, dark place away from light and moisture.

4. Unopened products generally have a shelf life of 1 year.

5. Due to the pastes and liquids are sensitive goods and their transportation is restricted, this product will be shipped separately using sensitive goods channels, and the delivery time will be slightly longer 8 to 20 working days.
