1. Ultra-high thermal conductivity of 12 W/m·k, rapidly dissipating chip heat

With a thermal conductivity of up to 12 W/m·k, far exceeding that of conventional mining greases. Precisely formulated with high thermal conductivity composite fillers, it achieves extremely low interface thermal resistance (<0.025 ℃-in²/W), creating an efficient heat conduction path to quickly transfer heat from the ASIC chip to the heatsink, significantly reducing the core temperature of the mining rig and minimizing the risk of overheating, throttling, and system shutdown.

2. Superior anti-carbonization capability, eliminating air gaps in thermal insulation

Having undergone rigorous high-temperature aging testing (over 1000 hours), it is not prone to drying, cracking, or powdering under prolonged high temperatures, ensuring a tight fit between the ASIC chip and the heatsink, eliminating air gaps, and minimizing thermal conductivity degradation.

3. Strong anti-pumping and resistance to continuous high-frequency vibration

Optimized with a thixotropic system for the high-frequency vibration environment of ASIC miners, the paste is not easily lost or displaced under high-temperature vibration, maintaining a complete silicone grease filling layer and avoiding the formation of localized hot spots.

7. User-friendly operation, two specifications available

· The paste is light purple, with a fine and uniform texture and moderate consistency. It can be easily applied in batches using a stencil or by hand.

· Available in a 110g small syringe (suitable for repair workshops) and a 1kg industrial large jar (suitable for large-scale operation and maintenance in mining farms).

Usage instructions:

1. Cleaning: Thoroughly remove old silicone grease, corrosion, dust, and oil from the chip surface and the bottom of the heatsink.

2. Applying thermal paste (ASIC chip area is typically 10~20mm²)

• Recommended "Center Dot Application Method": Squeeze a small amount of thermal paste, about the size of a pea, in the center of the chip. After installing the heatsink, the paste will spread evenly on its own.

• Alternatively, a scraper can be used with a thermal paste stencil to apply the paste evenly. The thickness should be controlled to the thickness of an A4 sheet of paper (~0.1mm).

Precautions:

1. For miners operating under high load 24/7, it is recommended to replace the thermal grease every 6-12 months. For industrial scale mining farm operations, replacement every six months is recommended.

2. Refrigerated storage (below 20°C) is recommended.

3. After opening, store in a cool, dark place, away from light and moisture.

4. Unopened product generally has a shelf life of 1 year.

5. Due to the sensitive nature of pastes and liquids and the restrictions on their transportation, this product will be shipped separately using sensitive goods channels, and the delivery time will be slightly longer, 8 to 20 working days.
