HY2010 thermal conductive paste, also known as HY2010 thermal conductive gel, is a paste-like compound with excellent thermal conductivity, made of organic silicone (silicone oil) as the main raw material and added with high and low temperature resistant and highly thermally conductive oxide metal materials. Its main features are strong plasticity and high thermal conductivity. It can effectively fill the larger gap between the ASIC chip and the heat sink and help the ASIC chip dissipate heat quickly. It is mainly used for Antminer, Whatsminer, Avalon, and Iceriver hash boards.
Attention: If you choose to use silicone grease in a syringe, it is recommended to use it with a silicone grease extrusion gun. If you choose to use silicone grease in a filling form, it is recommended to use it with a corresponding model of a hash board thermal grease mold.
