GN-7053 is a two-component addition-type liquid silicone rubber specially designed for potting of ASIC miners such as Antminer, Whatsminer, Avalon, Iceriver, etc. Its thermal conductivity is 3.25W/m.K, and has good fluidity before curing. The two components are mixed in equal proportions during use, no small molecule by-products are released during the curing process, and the shrinkage rate is small after curing. It has good high and low-temperature resistance, between -60℃-350℃, good thermal conductivity, insulation, sealing, waterproof, excellent electrical properties, excellent flame retardancy, etc. The two components can be mixed according to A:B=1:1 (weight ratio or volume ratio) and can be used.

Product Usage:
1. First, before using the potting glue, stir A and B separately, and then weigh them with an electronic scale at a weight ratio of 1:1;
2. Mix the weighed A and B and stir evenly. Pay attention to the uniform speed. It is best to stir in one direction to avoid injecting too much air into the body. Stir for 1-2 minutes until it feels even.
3. Clean the surface of the components without water stains, then directly potting.
4. If heating and curing are required, please let it stand for half an hour after potting, bake it, and use the glue to naturally eliminate bubbles.
Product Storage Method:
1. Sealed, protected from light, and stored at room temperature in a cool, dry, ventilated place away from fire and power sources. Please store it in a sealed place at 3°C~25°C when not used for a long time.
2. This product's storage period is 12 months (below 25°C). Products that exceed the shelf life should be considered normal before use.
