Product description:

This is a AB silicone for potting Antminer, Whatsminer, Avalon, Iceriver, and other miner power supplies, A (CK2909-TG250A) and B (CK2909-TG250B). It is used for waterproofing, moisture-proofing, gas pollution-proof coating, pouring, and potting protection for precision electronic components and power modules inside ASIC mining power supplies. Its thermal conductivity is 2W/m.K, with good heat dissipation performance, good insulation, high-temperature resistance, strong adhesion, and environmental protection and reliability.

Product Usage:

1. First, before using the potting glue, stir A and B separately, and then weigh them with an electronic scale at a weight ratio of 1:1;

2. Mix the weighed A and B and stir evenly. Pay attention to the uniform speed. It is best to stir in one direction to avoid injecting too much air into the body. Stir for 1-2 minutes until it feels even.

3. Clean the surface of the components without water stains, then directly potting.

4. If heating and curing are required, please let it stand for half an hour after potting, bake it, and use the glue to naturally eliminate bubbles.

Product Storage Method:

1. Sealed, protected from light, and stored at room temperature in a cool, dry, ventilated place away from fire and power sources. Please store it in a sealed place at 3°C~25°C when not used for a long time.

2. This product's storage period is 6 months (below 25°C).
