To ensure the performance of the thermal grease, it is recommended to reapply it after half a year of use to prevent chip performance degradation and failure to dissipate heat caused by the drying of the thermal grease.
Storage method: Recommended to cold storage in refrigerator

Usage method:
1) Clean the corrosion, dust, oil, and residual silicone grease on the ASIC chip surface with Mechanic 500 S880 850 lead free circuit board cleaner and HM-11 nano high density cleaning sponge;
2) Put the integrated heat sink into the silicone grease mold, and then use a scraper to apply the thermal grease to the silicone grease mold evenly;
3) After the application is completed, take out the integrated heat sink, install it on the hash board, and fix it with screws.
