ZM-304, with a thermal conductivity of 4W/m·k, is an economical and efficient thermal grease specifically designed for ASIC miner repair. Addressing the extreme conditions of 24/7 full-load operation of mining rigs, it ensures stable thermal conductivity while meeting the daily maintenance and large-scale replacement needs of mining farms at a more affordable cost. The paste is pink, with a uniform and fine texture, and possesses excellent micro-gap filling capabilities.

Why is ZM-304 thermal grease better suited for ASIC miners?

1. Electrical insulation, eliminating short-circuit risk

Utilizing an insulating and non-conductive formula, it will not short-circuit the circuit board even in the event of accidental overflow. It is particularly suitable for high-density hash boards such as the Antminer S19 series, making repair work safer.

2. Anti-drying and crack-resistant, long-lasting thermal conductivity

Employing a modified silicone oil system, it does not powder or delaminate under long-term high temperatures, maintaining elastic filling, eliminating air gaps, and continuously dissipating heat from the chip.

3. Anti-extrusion and anti-displacement, stable filling layer

The paste has a fine and uniform texture with excellent thixotropic properties. It is not easily washed away under high-temperature and high-vibration environments, maintaining an intact filling layer and eliminating localized hot spots.

• Available in 110g small syringes (suitable for repair workshops) and 1kg industrial jars (suitable for large-scale mining farm maintenance).

Instructions for use:

1. Cleaning: Thoroughly remove old thermal paste, corrosion, dust, and oil from the chip surface and the bottom of the heatsink.

2. Application (ASIC chip area is typically 10~20mm²)

• Recommended "center dotting method": Squeeze a small amount of thermal paste, about the size of a pea, in the center of the chip. After installing the heatsink, the thermal paste will spread evenly on its own.

• Alternatively, use a scraper with a thermal paste mold to apply evenly, maintaining a thickness similar to A4 paper thickness (~0.1mm).

Precautions:

1. For miners operating under 24/7 high load, it is recommended to replace the thermal grease every 6-12 months. For industrial scale mining farm operations, replacement every six months is recommended.

2. Refrigerated storage (below 20°C) is recommended.

3. After opening, store in a cool, dark place away from moisture.

4. Unopened product generally has a shelf life of 1 year.

5. Due to the sensitive nature of pastes and liquids and the restrictions on their transportation, this product will be shipped separately using sensitive goods channels, and the delivery time will be slightly longer, 8 to 20 working days.
