The WL2836E series are high precision, low noise, high speed, high PSRR, and low dropout CMOS linear regulators with high ripple rejection. These devices provide a new level of cost-effective performance for cell phones, laptops, notebooks, and other portable devices. The WL2836E has a foldback maximum output current that depends on the output voltage. Therefore, the current limit acts as a short-circuit protection and an output current limiter. The wL2836E voltage regulator is housed in a standard SoT-23-5L package, which is lead-free and halogen-free.

It is compatible with Antminer S19XP+ Hydro, S19J, S19J PRO, S19pro Hydro, and other hash boards.
The WL2836E08-5/TR is a 0.8V high-precision CMOS low-voltage LDO regulator chip with a fixed output of 0.8V and a maximum output current of 300mA. It is widely used in ASIC miner hash boards, primarily providing a low-noise, highly interference-resistant 0.8V stable low-voltage reference power supply for high-speed sampling circuits, core reference modules, and onboard logic detection units. When device performance deteriorates, the voltage regulation accuracy drifts, and internal resistance increases, leading to abnormal chip overheating, output voltage fluctuations, increased ripple noise, and consequently, a slow decay of the hash rate, hash board communication disorder, frequent hardware errors, and intermittent offline disconnections of the hash board.
