The SRC65R032FB 32mΩ, 650V is a high-voltage power MOSFET fabricated with advanced super-junction technology in a TO-247 package with a breakdown voltage of 650V and high-strength avalanche characteristics. The resulting devices feature extremely low on-resistance, low gate charge, and fast switching times, making them ideal for applications requiring superior power density and outstanding efficiency.
The SRC65R032FB 650V 88A is an ultra-low resistance superjunction PFC high-voltage MOSFET for ASIC miners. It has a conduction resistance of only 32mΩ, paired with a boost inductor, it regulates the rectified low voltage to the standard 400V high-voltage bus. It generates little heat under full load and has high conversion efficiency, ensuring the miner can continuously run at its rated hashrate.
When the SRC65R032FB fails, the AC input fuse blows instantly upon power-on, resulting in no 400V high voltage, the miner failing to power on at all, and the PFC heatsink becoming abnormally hot, causing a short-term high-temperature shutdown under full load. A severe short circuit can also burn out the drive resistor, PFC driver chip, and boost SiC diode, causing the high-voltage power circuit board to burn black and emit a strong burnt odor.
