How to use solder paste:
• Warming up: in order to prevent condensation, the solder paste cannot be opened immediately after being taken out of the refrigerator. The solder paste must be placed indoors naturally for 2-4 hours to allow the temperature to rise to the ambient temperature of use (25±3℃). It is prohibited use a heater to bring the temperature back up quickly.
• Stirring: before the solder paste is put into use, it must be stirred thoroughly so that the flux and tin powder can be evenly mixed. The stirring time is 1-4 minutes, depending on the stirring method and speed.
• Dosage: the amount should be applied to the extent that the solder paste does not adhere to the scraper accessories.
Precautions:
• During the welding process, some of the smoke generated by the flux in the solder paste will irritate the human respiratory system, and long-term exposure may cause discomfort. Therefore, the work site should be well ventilated, and the soldering equipment must be equipped with adequate exhaust devices, such as FA-400 soldering iron smoke absorber, to exhaust exhaust gases.
• Necessary precautions should be taken to prevent solder paste from contacting the skin and eyes. If it accidentally splashes into the eyes, please rinse with plenty of water immediately. If you still feel unwell, go to the hospital for examination.
