Antminer S19 T19 S19 PRO overclocking control board / Overclocking board for S19 T19 S19pro / Antminer S19 PRO overfrequency board / OC over clocking board

Overclocking control board is a device that allows Antminer T19, S19 and S19 Pro to run at higher frequencies to obtain higher hashrate. Compared with firmware overclocking, the S19 T19 S19pro overclocking control board belongs to hardware overclocking, which does less damage to miner, runs stably, and most importantly does not steal hashrate. Using the KINTEX-7 main control solution for overclocking special control board, the use of this product can increase the hash rate of the whole miner by 18%~30%, thereby bringing more benefits.

It is easy to install, stable in performance, and has multiple gear overclocking options to configure. It is especially suitable for working in environments with excellent heat dissipation conditions and sufficient overclocking margin, such as oil-cooled environments.

Note: This overclocking board can only be used for Antminer S19, T19, and S19 PRO, and cannot be used for other miner models.

The overclocked version is not suitable for BM1362 series ASIC chip miners.

Ⅰ. Applicable conditions of overclocking control board

1. Model: Antminer T19, S19 and S19 Pro

2. The hardware version of the control board is: AMCB07_4X1_4F_S

3. Control board firmware version:

4. Working temperature: -10℃~45℃

Notice:

Due to the limited testing environment, not all firmwares were verified. Some firmware versions that are no longer in the table may also be available. For unusable firmware versions please upgrade to a verified version.

Ⅱ. Overclocking model description

There is an 8 bit DIP switch on the overclocking board, as shown in the figure below, to configure overclocking options. When configuring the overclocking option, the Antminer must be powered off.

The corresponding relationship between overclocking options and DIP switches is shown in the table below. The factory default DIP switch configuration is: Overclocking 1

Notice:

1. Affected by various factors such as individual chip differences, network conditions, mining pools, etc., the actual computing power increased by overclocking will be different from the table data. The table data is for reference only.

2. With the increase of the overclocking gear, the power consumption of the miner will increase significantly. Please select the appropriate overclocking gear according to the actual heat dissipation capacity and power output capacity of the miner. The overclocking gear that exceeds the cooling capacity or power output capacity of the miner may cause permanent damage to the miner or even cause a fire accident.

Ⅲ. Materials required for overclocking:

1. Antminer S19 overclocking control board*1

2. Fan simulation board*1 (It can be used in environments that do not require fans such as oil cooling)

3. Power voltage regulator cable*1

4. Hash board signal cable*7

It should be noted that the fan of the miner must work normally in an air-cooled environment, and the fan simulation board is prohibited.

Ⅳ. Installation Tutorial of Overclocking Board Kit

1. Remove the signal cables between the control board and the hash board. The original cables are no longer needed.

2. In oil cooling and other scenarios that do not require fans, disconnect the four fans, and insert the fan simulation board into the fan socket of the control board, as shown in the following figure:

Please note: If it is in an environment that requires the fans to keep running, such as air-cooling, please ensure that the fans are well connected, and they are forbidden to disconnect the fans and use the fan simulation board.

3. The signal cable of the hash board and the voltage regulator cable of the power supply are installed and connected according to the relationship in the following table:

4. According to the required overclocking gear, turn the DIP switch to the corresponding position.

Tips:

This product is divided into oil cooling and fan cooling, please choose the type you need.

1: S19PRO 110T, using oil cooling, can be overclocked to 150T+

2: S19PRO 110T, using fan cooling, can be overclocked to 130T+

3: S19 95T, using fan cooling, can be overclocked to 110T+

The project has been upgraded. The upgraded overclocking board can manually set the gear, which is convenient and better to control the device. At the same time, the upgraded version has a higher cost performance.
