Product description

Ultrasonic cleaner is used for comprehensive cleaning of hash boards and control boards. It has corrosion resistance, variable wave cleaning, noise reduction treatment, and deep cleaning of the surface and interior of parts through ultra-high frequency ultrasonic waves. Circuit boards, industrial machinery parts, metal parts, can be used.

Product advantages:

Common cleaning range:

Corrosion, solder paste, solder slag, rosin, flux, dust, grease.

Common cleaning agents:

Circuit board cleaning fluid (tin slag + rosin + flux + dust removal), alcohol (dust removal + oil).

Effect display

1. Add two-thirds of the inner tank size of the cleaning agent (at least one-half). Refer to the number of boards to be cleaned and increase or decrease the liquid level appropriately;

2. Time setting: The minimum running time is 5 minutes. Refer to the number of boards to be cleaned and increase the time appropriately;

3. Temperature setting: The default setting temperature is 50 degrees, no manual setting is required, the cleaning instrument will automatically heat up;

4. After the time is set, directly press the ultrasonic start button to start cleaning.

Note: When using volatile cleaners, be careful with open flames and keep the space ventilated.

Matters needing attention:
