The TLV74318PDBVR is a low-dropout regulator (1.8V LDO) for the Antminer S19jpro, S19apro, S19+, S19a, T19, L7, S19 hydro, etc., hash boards. It consumes a low quiescent current and provides excellent line and load transient performance, combined with low noise. A foldback current limit, shutdown, and thermal protection are provided.
The TLV743P low-dropout linear regulator(LDO)is an ultra-small, low quiescent current LDO that sources 300mA with good line and load transient performance. The device provides a typical accuracy of 1%.
The TLV743P is designed to be stable with a small output capacitor with a value of 1uF. The TLV743P device provides foldback current control during device power up and enabling. This functionality is especially important in battery-operated devices. The TLV743P provides an active pulldown circuit to quickly discharge output loads when the device is disabled.
The TLV74318PDBVR SOT-23-5 packaged high-precision LDO linear regulator chip has a fixed output of 1.8V and a rated output current of 300mA. It is used in ASIC miner hash boards as a 1.8V fixed-output LDO linear regulator chip, primarily providing low-noise, high-precision 1.8V power to the onboard communication bus, main control logic unit, and signal sampling reference circuit. When the chip malfunctions, it can cause a short circuit to ground in the 1.8V power supply branch, rapid overcurrent and hiccups upon power-up, power failure of backend communication and components, inability to be recognized by the hash board, frequent and drastic fluctuations in hash rate, abnormal chip overheating, intermittent restarts of the miner, and continuous frequency reduction under full load.
