The SGM2036 is a low noise, low voltage, and low dropout voltage linear regulator. ZEUS MINING hot selling SP7KC voltage regulator is 1.8V, it can be used for Antminer S19 series and T17 series hash boards, it can provide 300mA output current, and the typical dropout voltage is only 165mV.
The silk screen printing of the same chip production batch will be different, and chip marking will be SP7. And it is compatible with Antminer S19apro, S19pro, S19jpro, S19 hydro, S19+, L7, S17, and other hash boards.
The SGM2036-1.8YN5G/TR is a commonly used 1.8V low-dropout LDO linear regulator chip in ASIC miner hash boards. It primarily provides low-noise, high-stability 1.8V power to the hash board's onboard communication chip, main control logic unit, and sampling reference conditioning circuit, ensuring stable signal transmission. When this chip fails, it directly causes a short circuit to ground in the 1.8V power supply branch, resulting in rapid overcurrent and machine lockup upon power-up, logic component failure due to power loss, the hash board becoming unrecognizable by the control board, the hash rate being reset to zero, frequent false overheating of the chip triggering the overheat protection, intermittent restarts of the miner, continuous frequency reduction under full load, and irreversible hardware damage.
The operating input voltage range is 1.6V to 5.5V.
The output voltage range is 0.8V to 5.0V.
Output current: 300mA
Output voltage accuracy: ±2.5% at +25 ℃
Other features include logic-controlled shutdown mode, short-circuit current limit, and thermal shutdown protection.
The SGM2036 features an auto-discharge feature that quickly discharges V OUT in the disabled state.
Its operating temperature range is -40°C to +85°C.
