Hash board ASIC chip surface rapid conduction cooling thermal grease What is thermal grease? Thermal grease, also called thermal paste, is a silicone insulation material with high thermal conductivity used for ASIC chips in ASIC miner hash boards. The product also has low oil separation (tends to zero), high and low temperature resistance, water resistance, ozone resistance, and weathering resistance. It can maintain the grease state when used for a long time at a temperature of -50~+300℃. Between heat dissipation and heat conduction, even two planes with very smooth surfaces will have gaps when they come into contact with each other, and the conductors in these gaps will hinder the conduction of heat to the heat sink. Thermal grease can fill these voids, making heat transfer more smoothly and quickly to the material. Thermal grease has high thermal conductivity, excellent thermal conductivity, wide operating temperature, good use stability and good construction performance, which can effectively reduce the ASIC chip temperature of the miner, and ensure the smooth operation and use life of the mining rig. When the ASIC chip of the hashboard runs at a working temperature of -50~300℃ for more than half a year, it is necessary to re-apply thermal grease to prevent the thermal paste from drying out, resulting in performance degradation, the inability to heat conduction or temperature accumulation.

Scope of application of thermal grease:

How to use:

(Pay attention when smearing: apply evenly, without impurity bubbles; do not apply too thick, do not overflow is better)

For the can's thermal paste:

1) Clean the corrosion, dust, oil, and residual silicone grease on the ASIC chip surface with Mechanic 500 S880 850 lead free circuit board cleaner and HM-11 nano high density cleaning sponge;

2) Place the integrated heat sink into the silicone grease mold, and then use a scraper to apply the thermal grease to the silicone grease mold evenly;

3) After applying, take out the integrated heat sink, install it on the hash board, and fix it with screws.

For the syringe's thermal paste:

1) Clean the corrosion, dust, oil, and residual silicone grease on the ASIC chip surface with Mechanic 500 S880 850 lead free circuit board cleaner and HM-11 nano high density cleaning sponge;

2) Use a manual push glue gun to apply thermal grease to the chip surface evenly;

3) Finally, install the heat sink and tighten the screws.
