The F1 miner fan tester can test most 4-wire and 6-wire PWM fans with a working voltage of DC12V on the market. It is suitable for Antminer, Whatsminer, Innosilicon, Avalon and other miners. With the fan speed test standard detection function, the test results will be directly displayed on the screen, which makes it convenient and intuitive to see whether the fan speed is up to standard. PWM is divided into two modes: automatic mode and manual mode, and the user can switch the test mode arbitrarily. The native language is divided into Chinese and English, which the user can switch freely. The function interface is simple and easy to understand, which greatly improves the user's work efficiency.

Instructions for use:

User interface description:

1. The test result after the fan is connected (valid when the current mode is "Auto", and the "Manual" mode will close the test result);

2. The real-time speed of the fan under test;

3. Fan speed adjustment, when PWM=100%, the fan will run at full speed; when PWM=50%, the fan will run at 50% speed; when PWM=10%, the fan will run at a lower speed;

Menu and function explanation:

In the user interface, short press the "MENU" button once to enter the menu, press the "+" or "-" button to adjust the parameters, and press the "OK" button to save the settings after adjustment. After entering the menu, short press the "MENU" button to switch options; when the option is "Device SN:," press "MENU" again to return to the user interface.

1. Current mode: (fan speed adjustment mode) has two options, automatic and manual. The automatic mode can quickly test the fan speed in stages. The PWM adjustment range of the manual mode is from 10-100%, which is suitable for driving an unconventional Fan (the part of the core fan will increase the speed when the PWM is reduced, and the speed will be reduced when the PWM is increased). It should be noted that after switching to manual mode, the fan speed qualification test function will be turned off.

2. Fan speed qualified test: this option is valid in the automatic test mode. After turning it on, it will sample and compare the detected fan speed within the set automatic test time range. When the test time is reached, if the fan speed is lower than the user-set, if the test speed is unqualified, the horn beeps twice continuously, and the "test result" on the user interface is displayed as "failure"; if the connected fan speed and start-up time reach the parameters set by the user, it is qualified, the horn beeps once, The "Test Result" on the interface is displayed as "Passed".

3. Automatic test time: means the time required for a fan to go from 0RPM to 6000RPM after it is powered on. The time required for different sizes of fans is also different. The time can be adjusted according to the actual situation (the adjustment unit is seconds) , and setting a reasonable test time can effectively improve the efficiency of fan testing. When testing a fan that is running normally, the screen also shows failure. You can try to increase the automatic test time, and press OK to save after adjustment.

4. Test speed: take Nidec12038 (Antminer) fan as an example, a qualified fan speed should be 6000RPM or above, we can set the parameter of "test speed" to "6000" in this option; you can long press "+" or "-" two keys for quick parameter adjustment.

5. Language: the text displayed by the device has two languages, namely Chinese and English.

6. Sound: when the parameter is "On," the user will press the button and there will be a corresponding prompt sound, and the fan test result will also have a prompt sound. When the parameter is "off," the whole device is in silent mode.

7. Device SN: is the factory serial number of the tester, which is meaningless to the user.
