LSB65R099GF Field effect transistor is fabricated using advanced super junction technology. The resulting device has extremely low on resistance, making it especially suitable for applications which require superior power density and outstanding efficiency.
The LSB65R099GF is a 650V high-voltage superjunction MOSFET used as a boost switching device in the PFC circuit of an ASIC miner. Together with a boost inductor, it generates a stable 400V bus, providing a standard high-voltage input to the LLC and ensuring stable hashrate output under full load.
When the LSB65R099GF fails, it directly burns out the input fuse upon power-on, preventing the entire machine from starting. The PFC heatsink overheats abnormally, the 400V bus voltage becomes insufficient, the hash board experiences a sudden voltage drop and locks up, and the machine is prone to overheating and shutdown under full load.
