This is a quick-connect coupling for Whatsminer M64 series Hydro cooling miners. The body is precision-machined from stainless steel, with an anodized aluminum alloy anti-slip push-button cap on top. It features a G1/4 standard external thread and an internal O-ring end-face sealing structure, making it easy to install and remove, pressure-resistant, and leak-proof. It can withstand the long-term circulation of water-cooled coolant and is widely used to replace original couplings and to build pipelines for M64 series miners.
1. Uses industry-standard G1/4 threads, perfectly matching the Whatsminer M64 original water-cooled base. No need to enlarge holes or change threads; quick tightening can be done by hand with a wrench.
2. Abandons the traditional thread-wrapping PTFE tape sealing method, relying on end-face O-ring compression sealing. This ensures even stress distribution, aging resistance, and prevents water leakage and dripping, perfectly avoiding the risk of short circuits and motherboard burnout due to leakage in the miner.
3. The stainless steel body is rust-proof and corrosion-resistant, while the aluminum alloy push-button cap is non-slip and wear-resistant, ensuring smooth insertion and removal without jamming. The sealing ring is resistant to coolant corrosion and is not prone to deformation or failure under high-temperature conditions.
4. The push-button quick-connect design eliminates the need for tools when disassembling pipelines, significantly reducing downtime for maintenance and minimizing mining farm hashrate loss.

1. Before installation, check that the O-ring is intact and undamaged, and that the threads are clean and free of burrs and debris.
2. Tighten the threads with moderate force; do not forcefully tighten to prevent damage to the O-ring and leakage.
3. After assembly, pressure test with water for 5-10 minutes to confirm there are no leaks before starting full-load operation.
4. Do not use corrosive liquids such as strong acids or alkalis as coolant, as this will accelerate the aging of the seals.
