CGC1S06510 Silicon carbide diode Schottky diodes
The CGC1S06510 is a 650V silicon carbide freewheeling diode in the PFC circuit of a mining rig power supply. It stabilizes the bus voltage and reduces heat generation, ensuring power supply to the hash board. Leakage and aging of this MOSFET can cause the power supply to overheat and make noise, cause unstable bus voltage, fluctuations in the mining rig's hash rate, and frequent frequency reduction and restarts. Once it breaks down and short-circuits, it will burn out the input fuse, damaging the PFC MOSFET and driver chip, resulting in no output and inability to power on the entire machine. Prolonged power-on can easily burn out the circuit. Long-term full-load mining accelerates the aging of components. When replacing it, the matching power components must be checked simultaneously. Replacing only the MOSFET can easily cause secondary damage and delay mining output.
