Note: The water cooling plate's water pipes have all been upgraded to PVC corrugated pipes, effectively avoiding bending the pipes and obstructing water flow while helping miners dissipate heat better.

1. Disassemble the machine; remove the fan of the S19 miner, pull out the hash board cable, remove the fixing nut of the hash board, remove the fan, and then remove the three Hash boards of the S19. If you find a lot of dust on the heat sink, you can first use a brush to remove the excess dust. Then use an electric screwdriver to remove the original screws of the heat sink, remove the heat sink, and clean the residual silicone grease on the surface of the chip.

2. Replace and install the water-cooled heat sink: apply an appropriate amount of thermal conductive gel evenly on the surface of the chip, align the water-cooling plate hole with the heat sink nut hole, and then install the water-cooled plate fixing screws. Reinstall the installed hash board into the chassis, and re-fix the screws of the hash board. Since only one side of the cooling fan can be installed, an additional fan speed simulator needs to be installed.

3. Install the water pipe: according to the needs, cut off the appropriate length of the hose, connect the water pipe, and install the spring clip and the water divider to ensure that the water pipe is firmly installed.

4. Connect the radiator water drain pump: cut off the appropriate length of the water pipe, and connect the water pipe clamp at the same time to ensure that there will be no water leakage. Then connect the fan of the water drain pump and the power supply, and the water level in the water tank can be added until it no longer drops.

5. After the installation, you can connect the miner power supply to run the miner.
