Honeywell PTM7950 40mm*40mm*0.25mm thermal paste pad uses high thermal conductivity phase change material, with a thermal conductivity of up to 8.5 W/mK and a thermal resistance as low as 0.04°C·cm²/W. It is suitable for the maintenance of oil-cooled immersion miners such as Antminer, Whatsminer, Avalonminer, etc., and can significantly reduce the temperature of ASIC chips.

It changes from solid to semi-liquid at 45°C, perfectly filling the micro-gap between the heat sink and the chip surface, reducing contact thermal resistance, and its performance at high temperatures is even better than liquid gold.

How to use ptm7950 phase change silicone pad:

1. Use Mechanic 500 S880 850 lead free circuit board cleaner and HM-11 nano high density cleaning sponge to clean the surface of ASIC chip.

2. Cut the phase change pad according to the size of the chip and stick it to the position of the corresponding chip.

3. Peel off the release film on one side and stick it to the chip surface or heat sink (do not knead the phase change film repeatedly before use. If the room temperature is too high, you can put it in the refrigerator for ten minutes. It is easier to tear the film after cooling).

4. Then use your fingers to apply pressure evenly on the entire surface of the phase change sheet to make the phase change sheet fully sticky.

5. Peel off the other half of the release film. It is recommended to start from one corner to make it easier to peel off the release film.

6. Finally, install and tighten the radiator normally.
