NCEP039N10M N-Channel Super Trench II Power MOSFET
The NCEP039N10M devices use Super Trench II technology that is uniquely optimized to provide the most efficient high frequency switching performance. Both conduction and switching power losses are minimized due to an extremely low combination of RDS(ON) and Qg. This device is ideal for high-frequency switching and synchronous rectification.
The NCEP039N10M is a dedicated 100V high-current N-channel MOSFET for the low-voltage synchronous rectification/secondary buck circuit of an ASIC miner power supply. It stably outputs a 12V main voltage to the hash board to maintain a stable hash rate output. When this device malfunctions, even a minor failure can cause a sharp increase in the power supply's load temperature, unstable 12V output voltage with a significant voltage drop, fluctuating hash rate, and intermittent offline restarts. In severe cases, it can also cause the secondary fuse to burn out, the PCB copper foil to carbonize and turn black, and the entire machine to fail to start due to the lack of 12V output. Continuous power-on may also cause components to overheat and smoke.
