SPX5205M5-L-3-3 1.8V LDO Chip fits Bitmain Antminer S9 & L3+

The SPX5205 150mA, low-noise LDO voltage regulator is a positive voltage regulator on S9 & L3+ hash boards with very low dropout voltage, output noise, and ground current (750µA at 100mA). V_OUT is less than 1% tolerant and temperature compensated. Fixed output voltages of 1.8V, 3.0V, 3.3V and 5.0V and adjustable versions are available in a small 5-pin SOT-23 package. Its key features include zero shutdown mode current, reverse battery protection, thermal shutdown and current limit. The SPX5205 is an excellent choice for battery-operated applications and applications requiring power savings, such as cellular/cordless phones, radio control systems and portable computers.

SPX5205M5-L-3-3 RC23 1.8V LDO 5-pin is compatible with Antminer S19a, S19apro, S19+, S19, S17, L7, S19j, S19jpro, S19 Hydro, T19, T19A, S9, L3+ and other hash boards.
