WDS-580 BGA Repair Station

1. 7-inch Industrial-Grade Touchscreen:
The machine uses a high-definition industrial touchscreen. During operation, temperature data is displayed as a curve on the touchscreen, with functions such as curve analysis and modification.
2. Titanium Alloy Air Nozzles
The upper and lower air nozzles are made entirely of titanium alloy and can rotate 360°. The bottom infrared heater ensures even heating of the PCB board. Hot air is heated in both upper and lower zones. The upper zone can move forward, backward, left, right, up, and down, while the lower zone's temperature is adjustable.
3. Second Temperature Zone Height Adjustment
The second temperature zone is adjustable up and down. Multiple temperature settings can be set simultaneously for both upper and lower heaters. The output power of the IR preheating zone can be adjusted according to actual requirements.
4. Temperature Measurement Interface
Accurately measures the temperature curve of each point on the BGA.
5. Bottom Infrared Preheating Zone
Employs a ceramic infrared heating plate. The bottom zone uses infrared heating, with precise temperature control within ±3 degrees Celsius.
6. Power Switch
Uses a Taiwan Chint power switch, guaranteeing quality and eliminating concerns about leakage.
7. Temperature Measurement Thermocouple
This machine uses high-precision K-type thermocouples for closed-loop control, and an external temperature measurement interface enables precise temperature detection, clearly identifying any temperature anomalies.
8. Vacuum Pickup Pen
For convenient and quick handling of BGA chips, improving work efficiency.
