The LND7N65 is a high-voltage N-channel power MOSFET with a rated voltage of 650V, a continuous drain current of 7A, and a standard on-resistance of 1.4Ω. It is housed in a TO220F fully encapsulated, insulated, through-hole package and serves as the primary switch in the standby auxiliary flyback power supply for ASIC miners. It is responsible for establishing the low-voltage standby power supply for the entire machine, providing basic operating power for the main control chip, fan detection, and signal control circuits. It is commonly used to repair PSU faults such as MOSFET short circuits, internal open circuits, gate leakage, and thermal aging, which cause miners to fail to boot, restart repeatedly, or exhibit hash rate fluctuations.
