Bitcoin Rebound Liquidity Remains Weak 80000 Dollars Becomes Key Threshold

Bitcoin Rebound Liquidity Remains Weak 80000 Dollars Becomes Key Threshold

Created 2026/09/10

Despite Bitcoin's recent rebound of approximately 45%, the latest data analysis from crypto analyst Darkfost indicates that market liquidity remains weak. This rally was primarily driven by futures leverage rather than new capital inflows.

Specific Data and Market Status:

1. Spot vs. Futures Divergence: Spot demand is relatively weak, with the cumulative volume difference (CVD 90-day moving average) remaining at a neutral level. In contrast, buyers in the futures market have gained the upper hand.

2. Stablecoin Inflows Slowing: Stablecoin inflows into centralized exchanges (CEXs) have slowed. For example, Binance's stablecoin reserves have fallen by nearly $7 billion from their peak. Charts (CryptoQuant data) also show that the recent 90-day change in stablecoin market capitalization is negative, indicating that more capital inflows are needed for the market to reach higher levels.

Darkfost states that Bitcoin's technical outlook remains relatively optimistic. A strong breakout above $80,000 would be a key threshold for a genuine return of liquidity. But the real signal lies in whether stablecoin inflows can stop the decline—if the reserve gap is not filled, even if it breaks through $80,000, it will only be another pulse driven by futures.
