Due to delays in the customs clearance process, your package may be returned or even discarded by local customs authorities. If you have any questions about preparing customs clearance documents or the process itself, this detailed step-by-step guide may provide you with clear guidance and assistance.

1. Remember your shipping tracking number

1) After your package is shipped, you can view the corresponding tracking number on the "My Account" - "My Orders" page. If the tracking number is not displayed here, it means your package has not yet been shipped. Typically, we will ship your order within 1-2 business days after the order is placed.

2) If the tracking number is not updated on the "My Orders" page more than 4 days after placing your order, please contact us via WhatsApp (+8618623251355) so that we can check and assist you promptly.

3) In addition, a commercial invoice may be required for customs clearance. You can obtain this document by contacting customer service, and we recommend printing a copy for customs purposes.

When the logistics information shows "customs clearance" related information, please contact the shipping company you choose in time, and provide them with correct personal receiving information, or pay customs duties, so as to complete customs clearance quickly. 4. Prepare Documents

1) Typically, the local courier company will contact you via email or phone to request the necessary documents for customs clearance. If you have appointed a third-party customs clearance agent, please contact them directly to follow up on the process.

2) Certificates and manuals are not standard documents; please contact customer service to confirm and obtain them, as well as the commercial invoice. You can also request packing lists and other documents from customer service.

5. Pay Taxes on Time

Please contact the courier company to confirm the exact amount of tax payable and the supported payment methods.

Usually, the courier company will send you an email containing an online payment link and detailed instructions. Simply follow the instructions to complete the payment.

If the tax amount is small, some courier companies may offer cash on delivery (COD) service. We recommend that you verify the delivery time and the final amount payable with the courier company in advance to be prepared and avoid any payment issues that may affect package delivery.

Upon receiving the package, please be sure to check the condition of the outer packaging on the spot and sign for it only after confirming that everything is in order.

6. Customs clearance failed.

If customs clearance is not completed within the specified time limit, the package will be discarded or returned to the sender.

  • You were unable to be contacted during customs clearance.

  • Customs clearance was not completed within the specified timeframe.

  • The package has been cleared by customs, but you did not pick it up within the storage period specified by the courier company.

2) Note

  • The grace period for demurrage charges varies in different countries. Different logistics companies have different warehouse sizes and demurrage charge policies.

  • If the customer fails to clear customs in a timely manner, any resulting storage fees or shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
